Returns Policy

Thank you for your business! We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning items to MB TECH STORE.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll only pay the return delivery charges if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If not, you may have to pay the delivery charges.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return delivery partner, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

Condition of Returned Items:

•  Items must be in original, unopened packaging.
•  Items must be unused and unworn with all tags attached.
•  Items must be in a re-sellable condition.

 Items not eligible for return:

•  Items that are used or damaged
•  Items without original packaging or tags
•  Items specifically excluded in the product description (e.g., clearance items)

Delivery (COD / Bank Transfers)

We can deliver under Cash on Delivery (COD) or Banks transfers. Bank Details are mentioned at the checkout. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery cost for you based on the availability of the items you choose. Please also note that the delivery rates for many items we sell are weight-based. How to place an Order

Go to check out and enter the correct delivery address and the contact numbers. If you are an existing customer, login with your email and password. If not, you can place an order as a Guest user. Choose the delivery option (COD or Bank Transfers) and payment method and confirm the order.
